Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host a Full Honors Arrival Ceremony
to welcome Minister of Defense Pavel Grachev, of the Russian Federation, to the
Pentagon at 2 p.m. (EDT), Thursday, Oct. 26, 1995.
The Ceremony will be held on the River Parade Field of the Pentagon. There
will be a photo opportunity immediately following the ceremony.
Media must be at the River Parade Field no later than 1:40 p.m. (EDT). Media
