Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. John M. Shalikashvili will departSunday, December 24, to visit American servicemembers and their families aspart of a three-day trip to Carribean-based forces.
His itinerary follows:
· Dec. 24, 1995 -- Depart Andrews AFB, Md. for Guantanamo Bay NavalFacility, Cuba to visit with servicemembers and their families.
Later thatday, depart for Haiti to attend a Christmas Eve service.
· Dec. 25, 1995 -- Visit with troops at various sites throughoutHaiti.
· Dec. 26, 1995 -- Visit with President Aristide.
Return that afternoonto Andrews AFB, Md.
