Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host an Honor Cordon to welcome
Deputy Minister of Defense Dimitur Pavlov, of the Republic of Bulgaria, to the
Pentagon at 8 a.m. (EDT), October 26, 1994. The Cordon will be held on the
steps of the Pentagon River Entrance. There will be a photo opportunity
immediately following the Cordon.
