Senator John H. Chafee (R-Rhode Island), former Secretary of the Navy, will place a wreath at the base of the Marine Corps War Memorial in Arlington, VA, during the annual memorial ceremony to honor fallen Marines, on Thursday, November 10, 1994, at 10 a.m. This ceremony is free and open to the public.

Navy Captain Larry H. Ellis, Chaplain of the marine Corps, will give the invocation and offer the memorial prayer.

"The President's Own" United States Marine Band will present a concert prior to the ceremony. The U.S. Marine Drum and Bugle corps and two marching companies from Marine Barracks will also participate in the ceremony.
