Principal Deputy Undersecretary of Defense Noel Longuemare will participate in
a ribbon cutting ceremony to open the Department of Defense's Electronic
Commerce Office and Electronic Information Center at 1:30 p.m. (EST) on
Tuesday, November 15, 1994. The ceremony will be held in the lobby of Skyline
Five, 5111 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, Virginia. Also in attendance will be
Colleen Preston, deputy undersecretary of defense for acquisition reform and
Delores "Dee" Smith, director for electronic commerce.
