No. 304-P:11/30/94:Gen. John M. Shalikashvili, chairman of
Gen. John M. Shalikashvili, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will depart
Andrews AFB, Washington, D.C., on Friday, December 2, 1994 , for Egypt and
Israel. Gen. Shalikashvili will visit each country as the guest of his
counterpart and will participate in discussions on regional issues with senior
U.S. and host country officials. He is also scheduled to visit U.S. forces
stationed in the Sinai as part of the United Nations Multinational Force and
Observers. Gen. Shalikashvili will return to Washington, D.C., on December
6.
