Maj. Gen. Ray Odierno, commander of the U. S. Army's 4th Infantry Division, will conduct a videoteleconference briefing from Tikrit on Friday, July 25, at 10 a.m. EDT in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E781. He will discuss 4th Infantry Division (Task Force Ironhorse) operations to create a secure environment and support the establishment of local governments and encourage economic development.
