25th Infantry Division Brigade Combat Team Commander to Brief Live from Iraq
Army Col. Michael X. Garrett, commander of the 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, will brief live from Iraq at 9 a.m. EDT, Oct. 22, in the DoD Briefing Studio, Pentagon 2E579, to provide an overview of the Spartan Brigade's campaign in Babil, Najaf and Karbala provinces, the impact of the surge, and a detailed account of operations in their main area of operations - North Babil.
Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the North Parking Entrance only. Plan to arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the event; have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification. Please call (703) 697-5131 for escort into the building. |
