Commanders to Brief Live from USS Kearsarge on DoD Humanitarian Support to Bangladesh
Rear Adm. Carol M. Pottenger, commander, task force 76 and Col. Douglas Stilwell, commanding officer, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, along with Cmdr. Mohammad Fazale Rabbi, Bangladeshi liaison officer, will brief live via video teleconference from the USS Kearsarge today off the coast of Bangladesh at 10:30 a.m. EST, in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E579, to provide an update on DoD humanitarian relief efforts in support of Bangladesh.
Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the North Parking Entrance only. Plan to arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the event; have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification. Please call (703) 697-5131 for escort into the building. |
