Senior officials of the Pentagon Force Protection Agency will conduct a background briefing Tuesday, July 22, at 1 p.m. EDT, in the Defense Department Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E781. The purpose of the briefing is to provide information on the large-scale chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear training exercise scheduled to be held at the Pentagon Thursday, July 24. Additional details on this exercise will be announced later.

Media representatives without a Pentagon building pass who wish to cover the background briefing must be at the Pentagon’s North Parking entrance security checkpoint at 12:30 p.m. to be escorted.
