The Defense Department offers a videoteleconference briefing with Army Major General Carl Strock, deputy director of operations for the Coalition Provisional Authority, and Mr. Andrew Bearpark, Director of Regional Services for CPA, on Monday, July 7, at 10 a.m. EDT, in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E781.  The two officials will discuss the Coalition's postwar reconstruction efforts in Iraq.
