                A retirement ceremony honoring Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal will be held at 6 p.m. EDT, Friday, July 23, on the parade field at Fort McNair, Washington, D.C.

                Media wishing to cover the ceremony will need to come through the 2nd Street Gate at Fort McNair between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.  The 2nd Street Gate is located at the intersection of 2nd and P Streets, SW, Washington, D.C.  Media will not be admitted after 5 p.m.
