Gates, Carter Announce New Acquisition, Procurement Initiatives
Secretary of Defense Robert Gates and Under Secretary of Defense (Acquisition, Technology and Logistics) Ashton Carter will conduct a press briefing on new acquisition and procurement initiatives guidelines on Tuesday, Sept. 14, at 2 p.m. EDT in the DoD Briefing Studio, Pentagon 2E973.
