            Deputy Secretary of Defense Gordon England will host a signing ceremony for the rollout of the National Security Personnel System Spiral 1.1 at 1:30 p.m., EDT April 28 in Pentagon 3E664.

            On April 30, about 11,000 civilian employees from 12 DoD organizations will be converted to this new human resources system.

            Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the North Parking Entrance only.  Plan to arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the event; have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification.  Please call (703) 697-5131 for escort into the building.
