Secretary Hagel to Deliver Remarks at the Wilson Center on the Future of NATO

Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel will deliver remarks at the Wilson Center event, "Into the Fold or Out in the Cold? NATO Expansion and European Security after the Cold War," to honor the 20 year anniversary of the Brussels Summit, which marked the beginning of NATO's post-Cold War expansion. Secretary Hagel's remarks will reflect his vision for an active and robust NATO in the 21st century.

The session will begin at 10 a.m. at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC on Friday, May 2.

RSVPs must be received no later than Thursday, May 1 at 4 p.m. Photographers and TV personnel will be expected to arrive at least two hours in advance for pre-set and sweep.

The event will be carried live on the Pentagon Channel and streamed by the Wilson Center at www.wilsoncenter.org
