Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz will deliver a policy address on Iraqi disarmament Thursday, January 23, 2003 at 1 p.m. EST at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), in New York City.
Following his remarks, Deputy Secretary Wolfowitz will take questions from CFR members only.
This event is open to the press. All video cameras must be registered and preset no later than 11:45 a.m. All other media must be in place by 12:45 p.m.
The CFR will also simulcast the speech to its members and media at their Washington, DC headquarters, 1779 Massachusetts Avenue, NW.
