Deputy Secretary Wolfowitz speaks in Syracuse
Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz will give the keynote address to the National Security Studies Management Program opening dinner at 7:30 p.m. EST Monday, April 1, 2002, at the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel in Syracuse, N.Y.
