Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness Charles S. Abell will conduct a media roundtable on a variety of issues related to personnel and readiness on Monday, Dec. 23, 2002, at 2:00 p.m. EST, in the Briefing Room, Pentagon Room 2E781.
