Cohen to Speak at National Press Club Jan. 10
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will speak on national security challenges of the 21st Century at the National Press Club, Washington, D.C., Jan. 10, 2001, at 1 p.m. EST. During his speech, Cohen will refer to the new 2001 "Proliferation: Threat and Response" report to be released at the Pentagon, also on Jan. 10.
