Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen's Annual Report to the President and the Congress outlines the Department's programs for the coming year. It was released today and is available electronically at http://www.dtic.mil/execsec/adr2000/ .
A limited supply of paper copies will be made available to reporters at 3 p.m. today in the Pentagon Press Office, Room 2E765.
