ACSS Program Planning Conference
The Africa Center for Strategic Studies Program Review Conference begins on Feb. 23 at the Anser Conference Facilities, Crystal Gateway 3, 8th floor in Arlington, Va. Interested media are invited to attend an overview briefing by Interim Director Nancy J. Walker; a panel presentation highlighting the Dakar seminar held in Nov. 1999 and a speech by Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, Franklin D. Kramer.
