Secretary Cohen to address the American-Turkish Council
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will address the American-Turkish Council on "Turkey's Importance to 21st Century International Security" on Friday, March 31, 2000, at 12:35 p.m. EST. The luncheon and remarks will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Independence Room A, 1000 H St., NW, Washington, D.C.
