CJCS Commencement Speech at U.S. Naval Academy
Army Gen. Henry H. Shelton, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will deliver the graduation address to the United States Naval Academy (USNA) Class of 2000 at commencement exercises on Wednesday, May 24, 2000. The event will begin at 10 a.m., EDT, at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, Annapolis, Md. In case of inclement weather, the graduation will be held in Alumni Hall.
