            Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard Myers will participate in a wreath laying ceremony at Pentagon Group Burial Marker at Arlington Cemetery on Sunday, Sept 11, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. EDT.   Rumsfeld and Myers will deliver brief remarks before the wreath laying.  Following the ceremony, Rumsfeld and Myers will join the Pentagon's Freedom Walk in progress.

            The wreath laying ceremony will be open to news media.  Media should arrive by 9 a.m. at Memorial Drive.  Coverage of the Freedom Walk and concert will only be permitted from one of three areas: the Pentagon's South Parking Lot, the traffic circle on Route 27 at the foot of the Memorial Bridge and at the musical tribute at the JFK Hockey Field.  Details for media coverage are available at http://www.defenselink.mil/advisories/2005/pa20050907-1842.html .
