ARMY
Sierra Cybernetics, Inc.*, Yorba Linda, Calif., is being
awarded a $700,000 increment as part of an $8,289,287 cost plus
fixed fee contract for Ocean Surveillance Information System
(OSIS) Evolutionary Upgrade System support.
Work will be
performed in Yorba Linda, Calif., and is expected to be completed
by Sept. 30, 2002.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year.
This is a sole source letter contract.
The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation
Command, White Sands, N.M. (DAAD07-97-C-0115).
DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY
Concurrent Technologies Corporation, Johnstown, Pa., was
awarded on April 1, 1997, a $8,841,150 grant for continued
support of a National Applied Science Engineering Center charter
to apply advanced software engineering technologies to problems
faced by the civil-military industrial base.
Work will be
performed in Johnstown, Pa., and is expected to be completed by
March 1998.
Grant funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year.
One firm was solicited and one proposal
received.
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency,
Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (MDA972-97-1-0020).
DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Shamrock Foods Company, Phoenix, Ariz., is being awarded an
estimated $6,100,000 firm fixed price indefinite quantity
contract for food and beverage support under the Prime Vendor
program.
Fifty seven proposals were solicited and three were
received.
Work is expected to be completed by June 1998.
Funds
will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.

Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting
activity (SP0300-97-D-2934).
AIR FORCE
Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, Inc., Owego, N.Y., is being
awarded a $28,740,655 face value increase to a firm fixed price
contract to provide for establishment of a depot-level repair
capability at Robins AFB, Ga., for the AN-APQ-170 radar
applicable to the C-130H aircraft.
The work will be performed by
Systems & Electronics, Inc., St. Louis, Mo. (41%), at Warner
Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, Ga., as well as Lockheed
Martin Federal Systems, Inc., Owego, N.Y. (59%).
Contract is
expected to be completed June 1999.
Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
Aeronautical
Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting
activity (F33657-83/C-0264, P00294).
Northrop Grumman Corporation, Rolling Meadows, Ill., is
being awarded a $7,120,000 face value increase to a firm fixed
price contract to provide for 44 Advance Repeater Tuning
Units/Dual memory units applicable to the Band Three Hardware of
the AN/ALQ-135 Electronic Countermeasures Systems on the F-15
aircraft.
Contract is expected to be completed April 1999.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year.
This effort supports foreign military sales to Saudi
Arabia.
Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, Ga., is
the contracting activity (F09603-97/C-0084, P00001).
Lear Astronics, Santa Monica, Calif., is being awarded a
$11,264,831 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract to
provide for 147 Fuel Savings Management System ship sets
applicable to the KC-135 aircraft.
Contract is expected to be
completed December 1998.
Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year.
Oklahoma City Air Logistics
Center, Tinker AFB, Okla., is the contracting activity (F34601-
92/C-0918, P00021).
NAVY
Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded
a $25,415,734 indefinite-quantity contract for repair, overhaul,
and modification of the CH-53E helicopter main gear boxes and
free wheel units.
Work will be performed in Shelton, Conn., and
is expected to be completed by June 2002.
Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

Point, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N00383-97-
D-013N).
General Electric Aircraft Engines, Lynn, Mass., is being
awarded a $27,300,000 modification to previously awarded contract
N00019-96-C-0080 for the low rate initial production (LRIP) I of
27 Model F414-GE-400 engines, related modules, devices and
engineering services for the F/A-18E/F aircraft.
Work will be
performed in Lynn, Mass. (58%); Evendale, Ohio (25%); Rutland,
Vt. (4%); Albuquerque, N.M. (4%); Hooksett, N.H. (3%);
Madisonville, Ky. (4%); and Wilmington, Del. (2%), and is
expected to be completed by June 1999.

STANDARD Missile Co., McLean, Va., is being awarded a
$85,918,610 firm-fixed- price, award-fee contract for the
procurement of 80 Standard Missile - 2 Block IIIB All-Up-Rounds,
42 Standard Missile -2 Block III/IIIA FMS All-Up-Rounds, 32 IIIB
ORDALT Kits to upgrade Standard Missile - 2 Block III Missiles to
Standard Missile - 2 Block IIIB, 3 Spare Guidance Sections,
Upgrade of Government Furnished Components, and 210 AN/DKT-71A(V)
TDTSs and 42 MK 461 MOD 1 Guidance Section Containers.
This
contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy (76.2%) and the
Governments of Japan (16.3%), and Canada (7.5%), under the
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program.
Work will be performed in
McLean, Va. (8.4%); Tucson, Ariz. (53.9%); Bristol, Tenn.
(22.1%); Andover, Mass. (11%); and Chattanooga, Tenn. (4.6%), and
is expected to be completed by December 1999.
