ARMY

Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $106,237,727 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for fifteen (15) UH-60L helicopters: hudraulic rescue hoist provisions, rotor brake, ground and flight risk insurance. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 20, 1999. Contract funds will not expires at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract solicited on Oct. 17, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala. (DAAJ09-97-C-0005).

AIR FORCE

Boeing North American, Inc., Anaheim, Calif., is being awarded a $41,000,000 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide for an equitable adjustment to the engineering and manufacturing development contract of the Guidance Replacement Program for the Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile system. This action will extend the first article delivery date by eight months due to changed requirements. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill AFB, Utah, is the contracting activity (F04704-93/C-0020, P00065).

NAVY

Northrop Grumman Corporation, Military Aircraft Systems Division, El Segundo, Calif., is being awarded a $28,819,797 modification to a previously awarded contract N00019-96-C-0132 for the procurement of 119 subsonic subscale aerial targets (BQM-74E), 54 mission essential launch kits and associated technical data. Work will be performed in El Segundo, Calif. (50%), and Hawthorne, Calif. (50%), and is expected to be completed by April 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Sytems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

EG&G Management Services of San Antonio, Kelly AFB, Texas, is being awarded a $33,522,116 firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity contract for distribution services for Defense Depot San Antonio. One proposal was solicited and one was received. Work is expected to be completed by July 13, 2001. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center, Richmond, Va., is the contracting activity (SPO410-98-D-0001).
