ARMY

Science Application International Corporation, Torrance, Calif., was awarded on March 16, 1998, a delivery order (appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each order) with the cumulative total of $13,819,040 to a cost-plus-fee contract for technical support services for Strategic and Space Programs. George and George W. Andrews sites, Ft. Gaines, Ga. Work will be performed in Ft. Gaines, Ga., and is expected to be completed by March 31, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 81 bids solicited on Sept. 12, 1997, and 4 bids received. Lessard Contracting, Inc., Sargeant Bluff,* Iowa, is being awarded a $4,000,000 increment as part of a $9,259,972 firm-fixed-price contract for Perry Creek flood protection, phase 3, Sioux City, Iowa. Work will be performed in Sioux City, Iowa, and is expected to be completed by Jan 1, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Belleville Shoe Mfg.
