NAVY

C.B.C. Enterprises, Inc., Norfolk, Va., is being awarded a $10,085,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide interior and exterior repairs and improvements to 200 existing family housing units (Phase III) at Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia Beach, Va. Work will be performed in Virginia Beach, Va., and is expected to be completed in October 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 115 proposals solicited and six offers received. The Resident Officer in Charge of Construction, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic Division, Norfolk, Va., is the contracting activity (N62470-93-C-3027).

Bell Constructors, Inc., Rochester, N.Y., is being awarded an $8,894,400 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a new fuel storage facility, the closure of an existing fuel storage facility, and incidental related work. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Fla., and is expected to be completed in June 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 28 proposals solicited and six offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division, North Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity (N62467-96-C-0889).
