DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Owens & Minor, Inc., Glen Allen, Va., is being awarded a $20,346,836 firm-fixed-price modified-requirements contract for medical and surgical supplies under the Prime Vendor program. Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla.; Jacksonville, Fla.; Sunrise, Fla..; Evans, Ga.; and Atlanta, Ga., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 6, 1999. The Defense Supply Center, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPO200-96-D-7108).

Golden Mfg. Company, Inc.**, Golden, Miss., was awarded on Oct. 27, 1998, a $14,394,000 indefinite-quantity contract for cold weather woodland camouflage field coats. Twenty-two proposals were solicited and four were received. Work will be performed in Golden, Miss., and Marietta, Miss., and is expected to be completed by Oct. 27, 1999. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPO100-99-D-0303).

AIR FORCE

Raytheon Texas Instruments Systems, McKinney, Texas, is being awarded a $9,171,704 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for the following in support of the GBU-28 Enhanced Paveway III Laser Guided Bomb; 72 WGU-36B Guidance Control Units, 72 BSU-92A/B Air Foil Groups, 72 Conduit Assemblies, one lot of related data, engineering support for development of a Global Positioning System aided version of the GBU-28, and engineering services to incorporate the Hellfire II type counter-countermeasures capability. The work will be completed by January 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill AFB, Utah, is the contracting activity (F42630-98/C-0049, PZ0001).

Boeing Defense and Space Group, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $16,239,468 face value increase to a time-and-materials contract to provide for seven Electronic Command Signals Programmer replacement kits and seven A3 circuit card kits for installation on the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft. The work will be performed at

Boeing's facility in Kent, Washington. The work is expected to be completed by July 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom AFB, Mass., is the contracting activity (F19628-95/C-0241, P00129).

ARMY

CIVIL WORKS-NON MILITARY

Cashman Equipment Corporation, East Boston, Mass., is being awarded a $5,000 increment as part of a $26,817,880 firm-fixed-price for mobilization and demobilization, dredging and excavation of the Rio Puerto Nuevo Channel project, contract 2A, Puerto Rico. Work will be performed in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and is expected to be completed by Nov. 30, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 350 bids solicited on June 15, 1998 and four bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville, Fla. (DAWC17-99-C-0025).
