NAVY

Northrop Grumman Marine Systems, Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $73,846,853 fixed-price-incentive, cost-plus-incentive-fee, and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide funding for TRIDENT launcher production and U.S. and U.K. deployed systems support for TRIDENT I (C4) and TRIDENT II (D5) fleet ballistic missile launcher subsystems. Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, Calif., and is expected to be completed in June 2002. Contract funds in the amount of $7,000,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Navy's Strategic Systems Programs, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00030-99-C-0008).

Interstate Electronics Corp., Anaheim, Calif., is being awarded a $29,572,669 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide program management, system engineering support, liaison engineering, and documentation, manufacturing support, logistics, contract inventory services and field services. Work will be performed in Anaheim, Calif., and is expected to be completed in April 2000. Contract funds in the amount of $10,224,680 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Navy's Strategic Systems Programs, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00030-99-C-0012).

Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, Md., is being awarded a $17,445,000 ceiling-priced order for low rate initial production lot #3 spares for V-22 Osprey tilt rotor aircraft. The approximately 1,200 spares being procured include gear box assemblies, hub assemblies, and fairing assemblies. Work will be performed in Philadelphia, Pa. (60%), and Dallas, Texas (40%), and is expected to be completed in November 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N00383-97-G-002N.

SEMCOR, Inc., Mt. Laurel, N.J., is being awarded a $5,473,581 indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee pricing to provide systems engineering, integration, installation and technical support for ashore and afloat communications and information systems and networks, such as the Joint Maritime Communications Strategy

(JMCOMS), Joint Maritime Command Information System (JMCIS), Naval Base Level Information Infrastructure (BLII) and associated radio frequency and terrestrial, fixed and mobile communications. This contract contains four options which, if exercised, will bring the total cumulative value of this contract to $29,065,336. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed in November 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 105 proposals solicited and one offer received. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N66001-99-D-5023).

ARMY CIVIL WORKS - NON MILITARY

Ogden Engineering & Construction Inc., Chantilly, Va., is being awarded $142,750 as part of a $16,379,979 firm-fixed-price contract for Santa Paula Creek improvements, Reach 2. The project consists of approximately two miles of improvements, to include railroad bridge modifications, grouted stone protection, retaining walls, chain link fences, fish ladder, side drains and overpours, arundo removal, erosion control, and maintenance of erosion planting. In addition, construction involves excavation, processing excavated material, diversion and control of water, compacted fill and miscellaneous fill, and aggregate base course. Work will be performed in Ventura County, Calif., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 17, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were four bids solicited on July 15, 1998, and four bids were received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles, Calif. (DACW09-98-C-0049).

AIR FORCE

Raytheon Service Company, Marlborough, Mass., is being awarded a $13,831,202 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for a Computer Resources Modification kit in support of the Radar Upgrade Program at Clear Air Force Station, Alaska. Expected contract completion date is March 31, 2000. Solicitation issue date was Aug. 15, 1997. Negotiation completion date was Dec. 18, 1997. Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom AFB, Mass., is the contracting activity (F19628-97-C-0105).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $37,543,953 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide for the Period 15 (April 1998-September 1998) Earned Award Fee for engineering and manufacturing development of the F-22 aircraft. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 27, 2003. Solicitation issue date was Aug. 27, 1997. Negotiation completion date was Dec. 19, 1997. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-91-C-0006-P00376).
