McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $62,100,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-97-C-0136 to incrementally fund FY 98 low rate initial production (LRIP-III) of 14 F/A-18E, 16 F/A-18F aircraft and associated hardware. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo. (60%), and Hawthorne, Calif. (40%), and is expected to be completed in September 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
Ceridian Corp., Computing Devices International, Bloomington, Minn., is being awarded a $5,452,452 fixed-price delivery order against an existing requirements contract for the procurement of 36 AN/AYK-14(V) standard airborne computers for the U.S. Navy Reserves F/A-18A aircraft. Work will be performed in Bloomington, Minn., and is expected to be completed in September 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00163-96-D-0014).
McDonnell Douglas Corp., Long Beach, Calif., is being awarded a $9,703,832 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract for the Period One (January-September 1998) for performance of the Flexible Sustainment effort supporting the C-17 aircraft. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-97-C-0008-P00039).

Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $6,304,022 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide for test and engineering services to integrate the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) onto the B-2 aircraft. This effort supports the JASSM engineering and manufacturing development program. Expected contract completion date is May 2002. Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, Fla., is the contracting activity (F08626-96-C-0002-P00040).
