NAVY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Electronics and Missiles Systems, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $53,080,196 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-95-C-0251 for

the FY 99 requirement to procure 26 low altitude navigation and targeting infrared for night (LANTIRN) systems for the F-14 aircraft. Work will be performed in Orlando, Fla., and is expected to be completed in September 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

HND/Hawaiian Dredging (a joint venture), Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a $26,042,735 firm-fixed-price contract to exercise option 1 for the design and construction of 150 2-bedroom family housing units including tot lots/play lots, and recreational facilities at Hale Moku, Naval Base, Pearl Harbor. The award of this option brings the total contract value to $37,640,000. Work will be performed in Oahu, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed in April 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The basic contract was competitively procured with 35 proposals solicited and three offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific Division, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (N62742-97-C-1352).

Lockheed Martin Corporation for ITS Division., Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems, Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $5,256,098 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-98-C-0027 to exercise an option for the fabrication of a solution to the wing fold rib problem for the S-3 aircraft. Work will be performed in Marietta, Ga., and is expected to be completed in September 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $32,759,118 modification to a firm-fixed-price multi-year contract for the purchase of six UH-60L Black Hawk helicopters. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Oct. 17, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala. (DAAJ09-97-C-0005).
