DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Pocono Produce Company*, Stroudsburg, Pa., is being awarded a $5,811,000 indefinite-quantity contract for full-line food distribution. Work is expected to be completed by March 10, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0300-99-D-2917).

NAVY

Raytheon E-Systems, Inc., Greenville, Texas, is being awarded a $12,619,762 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-94-C-0213 to exercise an option for the installation of 11 P-3 sustained readiness program core kits and associated technical and administrative data. Work will be performed in Greenville, Texas, and is expected to be completed by June 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Advanced Programming Concepts, Austin, Texas, is being awarded a $11,699,143 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the continued design, development, integration, maintenance, and engineering/technical support of Air Defense Systems Integrator software for the Global Command and Control System Defense Information Infrastructure Common Operating Environment. The contract contains options, which, if exercised, will bring the total cumulative value of the contract to $44,831,241. Work will be performed in Austin, Texas, with a small percentage to be done at Naval locations worldwide, and is expected to be completed by September 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N00039-99-C-3130).

Actus Sundt Corporation/Sundt Corporation (a joint venture), Napa, Calif., is being awarded an $11,419,066 firm-fixed-price contract for family housing project, wholehouse revitalization Pearl City Peninsula Phase III at Naval Base Pearl Harbor. Work will be performed in Oahu, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by October 2000. Contract funds

will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 28 proposals solicited and five offers received. The Regional Officer in Charge of Contracts, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific Division, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (N62742-97-C-1338).

AIR FORCE

Veridian Engineering, Buffalo, N.Y., is being awarded a $47,830,196 cost-plus-fixed-fee-term contract to provide for technical and management services through March 4, 2004, in support of the Aeronautical Sciences Division, Air Vehicles Directorate, Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. This effort will include operation and maintenance of the DFS/NC-131H and VISTA/NF-160 in-flight simulator aircraft, and specialized training, research and reporting. There was one firm solicited and one proposal received. Expected contract completion date is March 4, 2004. Solicitation issue date was Jan. 5, 1999. Negotiation completion date was March 4, 1999. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33615-99-C-3000).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $12,001,334 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide for Inertial Navigation System Replacement engineering and manufacturing development and 26 Traffic Collision Avoidance System kits applicable to the KC-135 aircraft. Expected contract completion date is October 2005. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-98-C-0006-P00001).

Raytheon Systems Company, Greenville, Texas, is being awarded a $6,250,288 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for maintenance, software, spare, and repair support for the reconnaissance equipment used on the German Air Force's Bereqt 1150 aircraft. This effort supports foreign military sales to Germany. Expected contract completion date is Feb. 28, 2002. Negotiation completion date was Feb. 25, 1999. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-99-C-4711).

ARMY

Olin Corp., Winchester Division, Lake City Army Ammunition Plant, Independence, Mo., was awarded on March 9, 1999, a $9,381,268 modification to a cost-plus-award-fee contract for the operation and maintenance of a government owned/contractor operated facility, and for the production of small caliber ammunition, e.g., 5.56 mm, 7.62 mm, and caliber .50. Work will be performed at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant, Independence, Mo., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Jan. 9, 1999. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Armament, Munitions & Chemical Command, Rock Island, Ill. (DAAA09-91-Z-0009).

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $36,581,376 modification to a firm-fixed-price multi-year contract for 6 (FY99) UH-60L Blackhawk Helicopters. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Oct. 17, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala. (DAAJ09-97-C-0005).

SFA*, Frederick Manufacturing Division, Frederick, Md., is being awarded a firm-fixed-price contract (appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order) for $7,413,876 (base year total), with a cumulative total of $32,139,800 if all options are exercised. The project is for the engineering, first article, and production of 338 containerized kitchens. Work will be performed in Frederick, Md., and is expected to be completed by Feb. 20, 2004. There were 29 bids solicited on May 15, 1998, and seven bids were received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Materiel Command Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, Mass. (DAAD15-99-D-0001).
