DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

COHR, Inc., Ontario, Calif., is being awarded a $20,000,000 indefinite-quantity contract for CT scanner maintenance service. One proposal was solicited, and one was received. Work is expected to be completed by July 1, 2000. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0200-97-D-8043).

Viron/Pepco Services, Inc., Riverside, Mo., is being awarded a $214,173,412 firm-fixed-price contract for energy conservation services. Seventy-five proposals were solicited, and three were received. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C.; Maryland; and Virginia, and is expected to be completed by July 1, 2017. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-99-D-8033).

Gill Marketing Company*, Phoenix, Ariz., is being awarded an estimated $8,000,000 fixed-price-with-economic-price-adjustment for a broad range of food service equipment items and incidental services. Fifty proposals were solicited, and 13 were received. Work is expected to be completed by June 30, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. NAVY

General Electric Aircraft Engines, Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded a $114,830,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-96-C-0176 to provide firm requirements for Phase III of the Joint Strike Fighter Alternate Engine Program. Work will be performed in Cincinnati, Ohio (60%); Indianapolis, Ind. (25%), and Bristol, England (15%), and is expected to be completed by November 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Fletcher Pacific Construction Company, Limited, Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a $12,900,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the design and construction of 112 living units for bachelor enlisted quarters at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay. Work will be performed in Oahu, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by January 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively negotiated with three proposals solicited and three offers received. The Regional Officer in Charge of Contracts, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific Division, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (N62742-98-C-1325).

Raytheon Aircraft Company, Wichita, Kan., is being awarded an $8,226,989 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of 35 AQM-37 aerial drone targets and associated kits, spare and repair parts, and data for the U.S. Navy. Work will be performed in Andover, Kan., and is expected to be completed by November 2001. Contract funds in the amount of $976,734 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-99-C-1358).

C. E. Wylie Construction Company, San Diego, Calif., is being awarded task order 0010 for $6,555,000 under a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, solution order concept construction contract for renovation of transient barracks, Building 1184, Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme, Calif. The work performed includes demolition, construction and renovation of a building complex including two three-story dormitories (wings), two two-story wings and a one-story mechanical/quarterdeck building totaling approximately 37,800 square feet. Also included are paving and landscaping of the surrounding areas. The total contract amount is not to exceed $90,000,000. Work will be performed in Port Hueneme, Calif., and is expected to be completed by January 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The basic contract was competitively procured with 50 proposals solicited, five offers received, and award made to multiple contractors. These contractors compete for each task order under the terms and conditions of the existing multiple awardee contract. ARMY

TRW Inc., Systems and Information Technology Group, Reston, Va., is being awarded a cost reimbursement, cost-plus-award-fee contract with a base year total of $24,564,000 and an estimated cumulative total of $73,692,000, if all options are exercised. The contractor will provide non-personal services for the provision of translation/linguistic services in support of the U.S. military contingency and peacekeeping missions in Eastern Europe. Work will be performed in the Balkan Peninsula of Europe and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2002. This contract is subject to the availability of funds. There were 20 bids solicited on Feb. 8, 1999, and three bids were received. The Wiesbaden Regional Contracting Center, Wiesbaden, Germany, is the contracting activity (DAJA22-99-C-0088).

GTE Government Systems Corp., Communications Systems Division, Taunton, Mass., is being awarded a $5,122,993 modification to firm-fixed-price contract DAAB07-94-C-N853 to exercise options for common hardware/software items for the Army Tactical Command and Control System computers and associated peripherals for battlefield commanders. Work will be performed in Taunton, Mass., and is expected to be completed by April 10, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 50 bids solicited on April 21, 1994, and three bids were received. The U.S. Army Communications & Electronics Command, Ft. Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Corp., Vought Systems Division, Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded a $32,914,909 modification to firm-fixed-price contract DAAH01-98-C-0093 for a definitization of a not-to-exceed option awarded Dec. 15, 1998, for 96 Army Tactical Missile System (Army TACMS) Block IA Guided Missile and Launching Assemblies (GMLAs) full-rate production II. Work will be performed in Dallas, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Sept. 12, 1996. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.

Tug Hill Construction Inc.*, Felts Mills, N.Y., is being awarded $4,563,000 as part of an $8,047,000 (total if all options are exercised) firm-fixed-price contract for construction of Aerial Gunnery Range 48. This contract is for a proposed range that will be an adequately sized and properly configured aerial gunnery range for Army rotary wing and Air National Guard fixed wing joint mission requirements. Work will be performed at Ft. Drum, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 29, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 100 bids solicited on May 28, 1999, and three bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York, N.Y., is the contracting activity (DACA51-99-C-0024).

Ascend Construction Management Inc.*, Eatontown, N.J., is being awarded a $6,942,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of an addition and alteration of the U.S. Army Reserve Center. Work will be performed at Ft. Wadsworth, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by July 1, 2000. Of the total contract funds, $261,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 59 bids solicited on May 10, 1999, and four bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Ky., is the contracting activity (DACA27-99-C-0032).

Informix Software Inc., Vienna, Va., is being awarded a $7,000,000 fixed-price, delivery order contract to provide the Department of Defense-wide Database Enterprise Agreement License (DEAL) for Informix software products, including one year of warranty. Software products include Informix database server and editions, server configuration options, non-Dynamic Scaleable Architecture servers, tools, connectivity, and Red Brick products. Work will be performed in Vienna, Va., and is expected to be completed by Feb. 29, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on May 17, 1999. The U.S. Army Communications & Electronics Command Acquisition Center, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (DAAB15-99-A-1001).

AIR FORCE

United Technologies Corp., West Palm Beach, Fla., is being awarded a $6,183,720 modification to firm-fixed-price contract F34601-98-G-0005-0020-P0003 to definitizes acquisition of 120 inlet guide vanes applicable to the TF-33 engine on the B-52, E-3, and KC-135 aircraft. There was one firm solicited and one proposal received. Expected contract completion date is Jan. 31, 2001. Solicitation issue date was Jan. 7, 1999. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Okla., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $5,650,000 modification to cost-plus-fixed-fee contract F09603-99-C-0102-PZ0001 to definitize interim contractor support for the C-130H aircraft through March 2000. There was one firm solicited and one proposal received. Expected contract completion date is March 2000. Solicitation issue date was Dec. 10, 1998. Negotiation completion date was June 25, 1999. Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, Ga., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $10,350,000 modification to firm-fixed-price contract F33657-95-C-2055-P00019 to provide for one avionics maintenance trainer in support of the KC-130J aircraft for the Marine Corps. There was one firm solicited and one proposal received. Expected contract completion date is July 31, 2001. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

Burns and McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., Kansas City, Mo., is being awarded a $12,500,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide for architect engineering services for utility privatization and other programs in support of the Air Force Civil Engineering Support Agency. There were 20 firms solicited and four proposals received. Expected contract completion date is June 30, 2000. Solicitation issue date was Nov. 20, 1998. Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $14,500,000 modification to cost-plus-award fee contract F33657-91-C-0006/P00407 to provide for one Integrated Hardware-in-the-Loop Avionics Test Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulator in support of
