A.L.I. Technologies, Inc.*, Seattle, Wash., is being awarded a $15,000,000 indefinite-quantity contract for ultrasound systems, subsystems, and components. Thirty-two proposals were solicited and sixteen were received. Work is expected to be completed by June 30, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. Aloka Ltd, Inc.*, Wallingford, Conn., is being awarded a $15,000,000 indefinite-quantity contract for ultrasound systems, subsystems, and components. Thirty-two proposals were solicited and sixteen were received. Work is expected to be completed by June 30, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. Innovative Imaging, Inc.*, Sacramento, Calif., is being awarded a $15,000,000 indefinite-quantity contract for ultrasound systems, subsystems, and components. Nicolet Vascular*, Madison, Wis., is being awarded a $15,000,000 indefinite-quantity contract for ultrasound systems, subsystems, and components. Thirty-two proposals were solicited and sixteen were received. Work is expected to be completed by June 30, 2000. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. Smelkinson SYSCO Food Services, Jessup, Md., is being awarded a $7,280,000 firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity contract for full line food distribution under the Prime Vendor program. Seventy-two proposals were solicited and four were received. Work is expected to be completed by Sept. 9, 2000. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0300-99-D-2972).

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, Manassas, Va., is being awarded a $25,455,479 cost-plus-award-fee, fixed-price-incentive contract modification to incorporate engineering change proposal 012 applicable to the NSSN class submarine command, control, communications, and intelligence (C3I) system. Work will be performed in Manassas, Va., and is expected to be completed by December 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-99-C-6226).

Harper/Nielsen Dillingham Builders (a joint venture), Portland, Ore., is being awarded a $23,801,220 firm-fixed-price contract for all services, labor, equipment and materials to construct a three-story, above grade clinic building and a three-level 250-car parking structure, connected to the existing hospital structure through a new three-level quarterdeck/lobby structure. The work also includes the remodel of portions of the existing hospital on levels 1, 2, 3, 6, sublevels, and incidental related work at Naval Hospital, Bremerton. Work will be performed in Bremerton, Wash., and is expected to be completed by September 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 87 proposals solicited and four offers received. The Engineering Field Activity, Northwest, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Poulsbo, Wash., is the contracting activity (N44255-98-C-5001).

Ameriko, Inc.,* Pasadena, Calif., is being awarded a $20,618,580 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract for maintenance and repair of military family housing units, appurtenant real property, facility maintenance, appliance maintenance, pool maintenance, grounds maintenance, refuse collection and disposal and custodial services for approximately 2,280 housing units located in West San Diego County. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed by September 2003. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 44 proposals solicited and 11 offers received. The Officer in Charge of Construction, Navy Public Works Center, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N63387-98-D-8020).

GEC Marconi Avionics, Limited, Airport Works Rochester, Kent MEI XX England, is being awarded a $7,299,970 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00019-96-C-0105 to exercise an option for 34 digital flight control systems for installation onto the F-14 aircraft. Work will be performed in Rochester, England, and is expected to be completed by July 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
