Raytheon Systems Company, Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded an $11,249,015 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-99-C-5375 for production engineering and technical services to support the STANDARD Missile Program, including design, systems support, shipboard integration, and test equipment support. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by September 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.
McDonnell Douglas Corp., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $5,893,340 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order against a basic ordering agreement. This delivery order provides for tasks required to integrate, install, test and support the multifunctional information distribution system low volume terminal in four F/A-18C/D (Lot 12 or higher) VX-9 test aircraft in support of a government technical evaluation and operational evaluation. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and is expected to be completed by March 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Edison Chouest Offshore, LLC, Galliano, La., is being awarded a $5,677,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the time charter lease of the 220-foot offshore supply vessel M/V C-Centurion, or comparable. The vessel will be modified to serve as the support ship for the Naval Special Warfare Command advanced SEAL delivery system. This contract contains options, which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $8,340,000. Work will be performed off-shore in the Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, area, and is expected to be completed by March 2002. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 53 proposals solicited and nine offers received. The Military Sealift Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00033-00-C-2002).
State of Missouri Rehabilitation Services for the Blind, Jefferson City, Mo., was awarded on Jan. 14, 2000, a firm-fixed-price requirements contract with an estimated base year total of $8,570,884, and a cumulative total of $43,879,022 (includes 4 one-year options), for the operation and maintenance of 15 troop dining facilities. An appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order. Work will be performed at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2001. Weeks Marine Inc., Kenner, La., is being awarded a $500,000 increment as part of a $22,358,016 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance and new work dredging of Houston Ship Channel and Bayport Ship Channel Flare, and construction of marsh levees. Work will be performed in the Upper Bay, Houston-Galveston Navigation Channels, Texas in Chambers and Harris Counties, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 34 bids solicited on Nov. 8, 1999, and three bids were received.
