AIR FORCE

Rohr, Inc., Riverside, Calif., is being awarded a $13,539,460 (maximum) firm-fixed-price-supply-requirements contract to provide for up to 75 Right Wing Tips and up to 75 Left Wing Tips applicable to the F-15 aircraft. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. There was one firm solicited and one proposal received. Expected contract completion date is Dec. 31, 2003. Solicitation issue date was Oct. 5, 1999. Negotiation completion date was Dec. 28, 1999. Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, Ga., is the contracting activity (F09603-00-D-0064).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $15,000,000 (not-to-exceed) firm-fixed-price contract to provide for the Pre-Engineering and Manufacturing Development Phase of the Reliability and Re-Engining Program supporting the C-5 aircraft. This phase will involve identification of systems, subsystems, and line replaceable units to be upgraded; definition of program requirements; and the conduct of risk reduction activities. Expected contract completion date is Nov. 17, 2000. Solicitation issue date was Nov. 17, 1999. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-00-C-0022).

ARMY

Templeton Construction Co., San Angelo, Texas, is being awarded $8,275,080 as part of a $9,673,082 (total if all options are exercised) firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of new student dormitories, 3226 and 3227. Work will be performed at Goodfellow Air Force Base, San Angelo, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 11, 2001. Contract funds

will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 33 bids solicited on Nov. 8, 1999, and eight bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity (DACA63-00-C-0005).

Tom Page & Co. Inc., San Antonio, Texas, is being awarded $7,187,610 (base year total plus one option) as part of a $7,433,810 (total if all options are exercised) firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a Security Forces Center. Work will be performed at Kelly Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas, and is expected to be completed by July 3, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 41 bids solicited on Dec. 22, 1999, and six bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity (DACA63-00-C-0006).

NAVY

Raytheon Aerospace Company, Madison, Miss., is being awarded an $11,019,477 requirements contract for the management and operation of government on-site storerooms/property systems for the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force C-9 aircraft. Work will be performed at various Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force Stations within the United States, as well as in Japan and Germany, and is expected to be completed by September 2000. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured through an electronic request for proposals with only one offer received. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-00-D-0278).

W. M. Schlosser Company, Inc., Hyattsville, Md., is being awarded a $9,961,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of a new 1,096 square meter single-story prefabricated modular steel and concrete jet aircraft acoustical enclosure for engine-in-aircraft high power testing at Naval Air Station Oceana. Work will be performed in Virginia Beach, Va., and is expected to be completed by October 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 63 proposals solicited and four offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic Division, Norfolk, Va., is the contracting activity (N62470-98-C-8025).
