NAVY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Information Systems Division, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $59,903,620 firm-fixed-price contract for 38 consolidated automated support system (CASS) test stations for the U.S. Navy (22 hybrid and 16 radio frequency) and 2 for the government of Taiwan (1 hybrid and 1 radio frequency) under the Foreign Military Sales Program. CASS is the Department of Defense standard automated test equipment program. Work will be performed in Americus, Ga. (90%), and Orlando, Fla. (10%), and is expected to be completed by June 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity. Spec-Built Systems, Inc., National City, Calif., is being awarded a $10,820,494 firm-fixed-price requirements contract to provide lightweight modular berths for installation aboard U.S. Navy ships. Work will be performed in National City, Calif., and is expected to be completed by September 2003. The contract was competitively procured. With 28 proposals solicited and nine offers received. Funds in the amount of $2,104,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity. ARMY

Oshkosh Truck Corp., Oshkosh, Wis., is being awarded a $30,618,744 modification to firm-fixed-price contract, DAAE07-95-C-X057, for Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Trucks (HEMTT) as follows: 73 Wreckers without winch (M984); 15 Tankers with winch (M978); and 19 Tankers without winch (M978). Work will be performed in Oshkosh, Wis., and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on July 31, 2001. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity.

Laguna Industries Inc.*, Laguna, N.M., is being awarded a $16,357,402 modification to firm-fixed-price contract DAAB07-94-C-F774, to exercise the option for 87 High Mobility DGM Assemblages for the Project Manager, Warfighter Information Network-Terrestrial. Work will be performed in Laguna**, N.M., and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Aug. 5, 1994. The U.S. Army Communications & Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity.

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $12,700,000 modification to firm-fixed-price, multi-year contract DAAJ09-97-C-0005, for Advance Procurement/Termination liability funding for the UH-60L Black Hawk helicopter, to be procured in FY2001. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Oct. 17, 1995. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.
