DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Coastal Refining and Marketing, Inc., Houston, Texas, is being awarded a $65,901,938 fixed-price-with-economic-price-adjustment contract for fuel, Naval Distillate F76, and MUM. Two hundred seventy one proposals were solicited and twenty-three were received. Work will be performed in Corpus Christi, Texas, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2001. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Supply Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is the contracting activity (SP0600-00-D-0457).

La Gloria Oil and Gas Company, Port Allen, La., is being awarded a $34,057,500 fixed-price-with-economic-price-adjustment contract for turbine fuel, aviation, grade JP8. Two hundred seventy one proposals were solicited and twenty-three were received. Work will be performed in Tyler, Texas, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2001. Work is expected to be completed by April 30, 2001. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-00-D-0470).

Gentex Corporation, Carbondale, Pa., is being awarded a $6,056,870 firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity contract for helmet assembly and component parts and parachutists helmet assembly and component parts. Work is expected to be completed by Aug. 24, 2001. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0100-00-D-5026).

NAVY

Raytheon Company, Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $36,187,024 firm-fixed-price production contract to produce 90 Block 1 Rolling Airframe Missiles and 190 related active optical target detectors. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz. (59%), and Ottobrunn, Germany (41%), and is expected to be completed by February 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-00-C-5487).

AIR FORCE

General Electric Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded a $17,651,470 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract, F33657-94-D-2000-0097, to provide for 105 Digital Electronic Control kits and 128 Mechanical Electronic Control kits applicable to the F110GE129 engines on the F-15 and F-16 aircraft. Expected contract completion date is Jan. 31, 2001. Negotiation completion date was Feb. 14, 2000. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Marconi Integrated Systems Inc., San Diego, Calif., was awarded on March 3, 2000, a $5,037,435 firm fixed price contract for feature foundation data for mapping and charting. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif. and Pensauken, N.J. and is expected to be completed by August 10, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on January 10, 2000. The National Imagery & Mapping Agency, St. Louis, Mo., is the contracting agency (NMA301-99-D-0009).
