AIR FORCE

BAE Mission Solutions, Inc., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded an $8,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee-contract to provide for software in support of the Enhanced Precise Positioning Integrated Capability (EPPIC) program. This program will acquire precision point targeting and electronic light table software, and integration hardware, software, and training. This software will provide a means to rapidly enhance sensor data to support precise point and situation awareness information. Expected contract completion date is September 2001. Solicitation issue date was Jan. 24, 2000. Negotiation completion date was March 2, 2000. Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom AFB, Mass., is the contracting activity (F19628-00-C-0031).

Honeywell, Inc., Clearwater, Fla., was awarded on March 7, 2000, a $6,735,040 option to a firm-fixed-price contract, F33657-99-C-2040-P00016, to provide for 104 Embedded Global Positioning System/Inertial Navigation System (EGI) units applicable to the Army AH-64 helicopter. Expected contract completion date is April 30, 2002. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

NAVY

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded an $8,000,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-99-C-1069 to provide engineering support for the incorporation of avionics upgrades into the SH-60R aircraft. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by October 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Marconi Systems Technologies, Rockville, Md., is being awarded a $5,963,019 modification to previously awarded contract N00421-97-C-1460 to exercise an option for technical and engineering support services for the integration and testing of radio communications systems for shipboard installation. Work will be performed in California, Md. (80%); St. Inigoes, Md. (10%); Bath, Maine (5%); and Pascagoula, Miss. (5%), and is expected to be completed by August 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, Md., is the contracting activity.

Dillingham Construction Pacific Basin, Ltd., Tamuning, Guam, is being awarded a $5,040,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of an Army National Guard Armory at the Army National Guard USPFO Building, Barrigada, Guam. Work will be performed in Barrigada, Guam, and is expected to be completed by March 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was competitively procured with 33 proposals solicited and eight offers received. The Officer in Charge of Construction, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marianas, is the contracting activity (N62766-93-C-0287).

ARMY

C O R R E C T I O N

Contract NMA301-99-D-0009, announced March 6, 2000, should have read:

Marconi Integrated Systems Inc., San Diego, Calif., was awarded a delivery order amount of $5,037,435 for firm-fixed-price contract NMA301-99-D-0009, for feature foundation data for mapping and charting. Work will be performed in Pensauken, N.J. (40%); San Diego, Calif. (20%), and at various sites within the continental United States (40%), and is expected to be completed by Oct. 18, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Jan. 10, 2000. The National Imagery & Mapping Agency, Bethesda, Md., is the contracting activity.
