AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $107,164,548 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for nine F-16 aircraft and associated Alternate Mission Equipment. This contract includes an option for one additional F-16C aircraft and associated Alternate Mission Equipment. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 30, 2002. Solicitation issue date was June 23, 1999. Negotiation completion date was March 30, 2000. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-99-C-0031).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $7,780,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide for engineering supplies and services through Oct. 16, 2000, in support of development, design, fabrication, installation and test of the Low Light Level Television System kits for the AC-130H aircraft. Expected contract completion date is Oct. 16, 2000. Negotiation completion date was April 21, 2000. Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, Ga., is the contracting activity (F09603-98-C-0011-P00012).

General Electric Aircraft Engines, Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded a $5,936,400 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for 102 high-pressure turbine disks applicable to the F110 engine on the F-15 aircraft. Expected contract completion date is October 2000. Solicitation issue date was Dec. 9, 1999. Negotiation completion date was May 1, 2000. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Okla., is the contracting activity (F34601-97-G-0002-0403).

NAVY

W. M. Jordan Company, Inc., Newport News, Va., is being awarded a $19,529,403 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a new two-story 7,215 square meter aircraft maintenance hangar at Naval Air Station Oceana. Work will be performed in Virginia Beach, Va., and is expected to be completed by May 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 113 proposals solicited and 13 offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic Division, Norfolk, Va., is the contracting activity (N62470-99-C-9004).
