ARMY

SciTech Services Inc.*, Edgewood, Md., is being awarded a time and materials, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract (an appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order) in the amount of $17,500,000. The contractor will maintain a Data Acquisition System and provide technical labor in support of the Chemical Agent Munitions Disposal System. Data acquisition efforts include data collection; computer input; data reduction; data retrieval; and data storage in hard copy, computerized, and microfiche forms. Technical support efforts include support of statistical analysis, environmental regulatory compliance, computer automation, LAN/network administration, plant calibration, technical writing, contractor escorting, and other technical support areas as needed. A majority of the work will be performed at the Chemical Agent Munitions Disposal System near Stockton, Utah, and is expected to be completed by July 1, 2005. There were 67 bids solicited on March 17, 2000, and six bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity (DACA87-00-D-0014).

Raytheon Systems Co., Raytheon Technical Service Co., Indianapolis, Ind., is being awarded a time and materials contract (an appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order), with an estimated cumulative total of $10,000,000. The contractor will provide depot maintenance support services for fielded Firefinder radar assemblies and radars to include AN/TPQ-36(V), AN/TPQ-37(V), AN/MPQ-84 and AN/TPQ-84; and technical services such as engineering and field technical support services as required on a time and material basis for U.S. military and foreign military sales customers. Work will be performed in Marion, Ind. (80%), and at various continental United States locations (20%), and is expected to be completed by July 5, 2005. This is a sole source contract initiated on Nov. 1, 1999. The U.S. Army Communications & Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity (DAAB07-00-D-H004).

G. .M. & R. Construction Co.*, Bay St. Louis, Miss., is being awarded a $5,477,529 firm-fixed-price contract for construction/relocation of roads. Work will be performed at the Combat Readiness Training Center (Air National Guard), Gulfport, Miss., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2002. Of the total contract funds, $477,529 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 15 bids solicited on March 4, 2000, and six bids were received.
