AIR FORCE

Gulfstream Aerospace Corp., Savannah, Ga., is being awarded a $477,321,328 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for a ten-year lease of five C-37A aircraft and associated contractor logistics support. This effort supports the Commanders-in-Chief Support Aircraft Replacement Program. Expected contract completion date is Sept. 16, 2002. Solicitation issue date was May 26, 2000. NAVY

Raytheon Technical Services Company, Long Beach, Calif., is being awarded a $55,732,892 modification to previously awarded fixed-price-award-fee contract N61339-00-D-0001 to exercise an option for life cycle contractor support services on tactical engagement, instrumentation, and ranges training devices and systems supported by the U.S. Army Simulation Training and Instrumentation Command. Work will be performed at Fort Irwin, Calif. (59%); Hohenfels, Germany (17%); Fort Polk, La. (7%); and at various worldwide locations (17%), and is expected to be completed by October 2001. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Fla., is the contracting activity.

General Dynamics Defense Systems, Pittsfield, Mass., is being awarded a $54,068,919 cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract exercising an option to provide for the fiscal year 2001 effort under the fiscal year 2000 Fire Control Omnibus Contract, which includes fire control production, operational support, field engineering services, repair and return effort and development. Work will be performed in Pittsfield, Mass., and is expected to be completed by September 2002. Contract funds in the amount of $15,281,300 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Navy's Strategic Systems Programs, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00030-00-C-0011).

Sabreliner Corp., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $39,372,616 indefinite-delivery requirements contract for standard depot level maintenance for approximately 22 T-2C, 21 TA-4J, and one T-39D aircraft. Work will be performed in Perryville, Mo., and is expected to be completed by October 2005. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-00-D-0483).

Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Conn., is executing a $13,677,514 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification to previously awarded contract N00024-97-C-4000 for Reactor Plant Planning Yard Services for Nuclear Powered Submarines and Submersibles. Work will be performed in Groton, Conn., and is expected to be completed by September 2001. Contract funds in the amount of $12,617,223 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

John Deere Construction Equipment Company, John Deere Davenport Works, Davenport Iowa, is being awarded a $10,754,529 firm-fixed-price, commercial contract for the Tractor, Rubber Tired, Articulated Steering, Multi-purpose (TRAM) Service Life Extension Program (SLEP). This base year contract will provide 114 TRAMs, 111 forklift attachments and 69 bucket attachments. This contract contains options, which if exercised, will bring the total cumulative value of this contract to $44,948,401. Work will be performed in Davenport, Iowa, and is expected to be completed by February 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity (M67854-00-C-3077).

CACI Field Services, Inc., Arlington, Va., is being awarded an $8,230,913 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for logistics and training support in automated supply management to Navy and Marine Corps activities in Norfolk, Va; San Diego, Calif.; and Cherry Point, N.C. Services also will be provided to Navy and Marine Corps units worldwide, both deployed and nondeployed. The contract contains options, which, if exercised, would bring the total cumulative value of this contract to $34,421,693. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif. (33%); Norfolk, Va. (25%); Cherry Point, N.C. (6%); and various locations worldwide (36%), and is expected to be completed by November 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 29 proposals solicited and two offers received. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N00140-01-C-E403).

ARMY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Missile & Fire Control-Dallas, Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded a $30,000,000 increment/modification for cost-plus-incentive-fee contract DAAH01-98-C-0156, for Line-of-Sight Anti-Tank Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration Program additional incremental funding. Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Oct. 16, 1998. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Corp., Missiles & Fire Control-Dallas, Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $10,391,000 increment as part of a $15,191,407 modification to cost-plus-award-fee contract DAAH01-00-C-0002, on Oct. 25, 2000. The contractor will assume full responsibility for the overall system integration effort of the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS), to include a HIMARS XM142 Launcher, a re-supply truck with the material handling equipment, and a re-supply trailer. Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas (99.1%), and Camden, Ark. (0.9%), and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on June 1, 2000. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.

Baker Support Services, Dallas, Texas, was awarded on Oct. 25, 2000, an increment of an $8,834,109 cost-plus-award-fee contract with an estimated cumulative total of $44,684,995, for public works functions for Fort Sill, as a result of an A-76 action. Work will be performed at Fort Sill, Okla., and is expected to be completed by Feb. 3, 2006. There was an announcement on the World Wide Web on Feb. 3, 2000, and three bids were received. The U.S. Army Training & Doctrine Command Acquisition Center, Fort Eustis, Va., is the contracting activity (DABT60-01-C-0008).

Griffin Services Inc.*, Atlanta, Ga., was awarded on Oct. 25, 2000, an increment of a $3,274,465 cost-plus-award-fee contract with an estimated cumulative total of $17,159,970, for public works functions for Fort Eustis, as a result of an A-76 action. Work will be performed at Fort Eustis, Va., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 19, 2006. There was an announcement on the World Wide Web on Jan. 19, 2000, and two bids were received. The U.S. Army Training & Doctrine Command Acquisition Center, Fort Eustis, Va., is the contracting activity (DABT60-01-C-0007).
