AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Corp., Ft. Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $58,087,460 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for the following in support of the Common Configuration Implementation Program (CCIP) for the F-16 aircraft: definitization of modification to 13 Modular Mission Computer (MMC)/Color Multi Function Display System (CMFDS) kits and 77 Color Programmable Display System line replaceable units (LRUs); acquisition of 79 Color Programmable Display System LRUs, 64 MMC/CMFDS kits for the F-16C aircraft, 15 MMC/CMFDS kits for the F-16D aircraft, and 25 Battery Charger Control Units; and upgrade of 6 MMC/CMFDS kits for the F-16C aircraft and conversion of six Upgraded Programmable Display Systems into Color Programmable Display Systems. The work is expected to be completed December 2005. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-98/C-0035, PZ0008).

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $32,231,689 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for a three month extension (Jan.-Mar. 2001) of aircraft operations and maintenance support for the F-15 aircraft provided by 614 direct manning personnel. This effort supports foreign military sales to Saudi Arabia. The work will be performed in Saudi Arabia. Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, Ga., is the contracting activity (F09603-00/C-0036, P00007).

Mine Safety Appliances, Murrysville, Pa., is being awarded a $9,621,700 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for 8,250 small, 27,500 medium, and 19,250 large face pieces applicable to the MCU-2 A/P Gas Mask. The work is expected to be completed September 2002. At this time, $4,810,850 of the contract funds have been obligated. Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, Ga., is the contracting activity (F09603-01/C-0093).

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Undersea Systems, Manassas, Va., is being awarded a $15,263,639 fixed-priced-incentive contract modification to provide a Sonar/Combat Control/Architecture (SCCA) subsystem for Virginia Class Submarine C3I requirements. Work will be performed in Manassas, Va. (60%) and Portsmouth, R.I. (40%), and is expected to be completed by December 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-96-C-6226).

SIGCOM, Inc., Greensboro, N.C., is being awarded a $7,477,498 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract N61339-97-C-0070 for an engineering change proposal to provide a Mobile Automated Instrumentation Suite (MAIS) Command, Control, and Communications (C3) System at Fort Hood, Texas, for the U.S. Army. Work will be performed in Greensboro, N.C., and is expected to be completed by December 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Fla., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, Inc., a Lockheed Martin Company, Syracuse, N.Y., is being awarded a $5,377,497 cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract N00024-99-C-6212 to exercise an option for four TB-29A/BQ Towed Array Low Rate Initial Production Systems. Work will be performed in Syracuse, N.Y. (50%) and Sylmar, Calif. (50%) and is expected to be completed by November 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured by a request for proposals, with two offers received. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Burlington Performance Wear/Div of Burlington Industries, Inc., Clarksville, Va., is being awarded a $11,544,632 firm-fixed-price contract for cloth, polyester/wool serge. There were 65 proposals solicited and two received. Work will be performed at Raeford, N.C. and Halifax, Va. and is expected to be completed by June 2002. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0100-01-C-0311).
