Sevenson Environmental*, Niagara Falls, N.Y., was awarded on March 6, 2001, a not-to-exceed $31,250,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, cost reimbursement, fixed-price contract for long term response action for work assigned to the Northwestern Division of the Corps of Engineers and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region II. An appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order. Work will be performed in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri for the Northwestern Division; and in New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands for EPA Region II, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 22, 2006. There were 116 bids solicited on June 2, 2000, and 12 bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City, Mo., is the contracting activity (DACW41-01-D-0007).


KOR Electronics, Inc., Garden Grove, Calif., is being awarded a not-to-exceed $21,653,423 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of not more than 101 Miniaturized I/J band RF Memory Modulators (DRFM) used in the AN/ULQ-21 Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) Set. The ECM set provides realistic simulation of present and projected ECM threats for the purpose of evaluating ECM capabilities of weapon systems, training weapons system operators, and during developmental testing of new weapon systems. Work will be performed in Garden Grove, Calif., and is expected to be completed by March 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured by electronic request for proposals with five proposals solicited and one offer received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, Calif., is the contracting activity (N68936-01-D-0012).
