ARMY

Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $62,273,824 modification to firm-fixed-price contract DAAH01-00-C-0047 for Tube Launched-Optically Tracked-Wire Guided (TOW) missiles. This modification provides for 2,251 TOW 2A missiles and 375 TOW 2A practice missiles for the countries of Saudi Arabia, Japan, Jordan, Oman, and Belgium. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Oct. 15, 1998. The U.S. Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.

DynCorp Technical Services, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded an $11,154,776 modification to firm-fixed-price with cost reimbursable line items contract DAAH23-00-C-0226, to provide life-cycle contractor support for C-12, RC-12 and UC-35 aircraft. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on March 8, 2000. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.

McGoldrick Construction Services Corp.*, San Antonio, Texas, is being awarded a $9,969,000 (total if all options are exercised) firm-fixed-price contract to design and build a Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office complex. The primary facilities will consist of altering a general purpose warehouse, constructing an open storage yard and scrap bin area, 6,640 sq. feet of administrative office space, a yard/material handling equipment building, a 7,000 sq. foot DEMIL/precious metals building, a vehicle scale and a load/unload dock; utilities, road upgrades, and site improvements are required. Work will be performed at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 13, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 137 bids solicited on Feb. 9, 2000, and five bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity (DACA63-01-C-0001).

General Dynamics Land Systems Inc., Sterling Heights, Mich., is being awarded a $6,056,166 modification to cost-plus-fixed-fee contract DAAE07-96-C-X195, for systems technical support for the Abrams tank program, and to exercise existing options for the Wolverine program. Work will be performed in Sterling Heights, Mich., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 31, 2001. Of the total contract funds $56,166 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on April 17, 1996. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity.

NAVY

EnerSys Inc., Columbia, Md., is being awarded a $14,931,857 fixed-price requirements delivery order contract for the purchase of battery systems to support government furnished uninterruptible power supply systems. Work will be performed at Navy and Marine Corps installations worldwide, and is expected to be completed by March 2002. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the NAVFAC e-solicitation Web site with two offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Contracts Office, Port Hueneme, Calif. is the contracting activity (N47408-01-D-8203).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Aloha Petroleum Ltd.*, Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a $6,639,773 fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract for diesel fuel. Work will be performed at Pohakuloa and vicinity, Schofield Barracks, Kaena Point, Kilauea Military Camp, Barbers Point, Pearl Harbor, Kaneohe, Lualualei, Wahiawa, Waipahu, West Loch, Hickam AFB, Hilo, Honolulu, Pearl City and Waimanl in Hawaii and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2002. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Ft. Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-01-D-1252).

Coastal Refining and Marketing, Inc., Houston, Texas, is being awarded a $11,066,212 fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract for Naval distillate fuel and gasoline. Work will be performed in Corpus Christi, Texas, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2002. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Ft. Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-01-D-0479).
