DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

ExxonMobil Fuels Marketing Company, Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a $224,565,030 fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract for turbine fuel. Work will be performed in Beaumont, Texas, and Baytown, Texas, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2002. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Ft. Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-01-D-0486).

ExxonMobil Fuels Marketing Company, Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a $143,348,883 fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract for turbine fuel. Work will be performed in Baytown, La., and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2002. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Ft. Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-01-D-0485).

U.S. Foodservice, La Mirada, Calif., is being awarded a $20,000,000 firm fixed price indefinite quantity type contract for full-line food distribution. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed by March 16, 2002. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0300-01-D-2945).

AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space, Sunnyvale, Calif.; TRW Inc., Space and Electronics Group, Redondo Beach, Calif.; and Boeing Satellites and Space, El Segundo, Calif., are being awarded a $86,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract modification, for additional preliminary design effort and extending the system definition phase of the Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) satellite communication system. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif., is the contracting activity (F-04701-99-C-0027-P00010).

Northrop Grumman Corp., Integrated Systems Sector, Airborne Ground Surveillance and Battle Management Systems, Melbourne, Fla., is being awarded a $38,219,323 (not-to-exceed) fixed price incentive (firm target)/cost plus fixed-fee contract, to provide for the advanced procurement in support of one (Lot X) Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) aircraft. Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity (F-19628-01-C-0015).

Ball Aerospace and Technologies Corp., Systems Engineering Services, Boulder, Colo., and CACI Technologies, Incorporated, Chantilly, Va., are being awarded a $18,500,000 (not-to-exceed) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity with cost type orders contract to participate in the Integrated Electronic Warfare Systems Effectiveness Evaluation (IEWSEE) program. At this time $847,902 has been obligated for Ball Aerospace and $500,00 has been obligated for CACI. Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33615-01-D-1844, F33615-01-D-1833).

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space, Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $8,475,368 modification to a cost plus award/cost plus fee contract to provide for the reactivation and related support activities of Defense Satellite Communication System (DSCS) III Satellite B6. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif., is the contracting activity (F04701-96-C-0023-P00084)

NAVY

Rockwell Collins Government Systems, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded an $11,491,748 firm-fixed-price contract for the Fiscal Year 2001 production requirement for 176 AN/ARC-210(V) Electronic Protection Radio Systems for various Navy aircraft (90 RT-1556B/ARC, 60 RT-1824(C)/ARC, and 26 RT-1794(C)/ARC radios and ancillary equipment). This requirement includes engineering, technical, and logistic production support services. Work will be performed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa (80%), and Coralville, Iowa (20%), and is expected to be completed by December 2002. Contract funds in the amount of $476,016 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-01-C-0092).

Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc., Vienna, Va., is being awarded Task Order 0055 at $5,351,255 under a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity construction contract to repair F/A-18 parking apron at Naval Air Station Oceana. Work will be performed in Virginia Beach, Va., and is expected to be completed by December 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The basic contract was competitively procured with 97 proposals solicited, 13 proposals received, and award made to Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc. on March 18, 1997. The total basic contract amount is not to exceed $100,000,000, which includes the base period and four one-year options. This task order was negotiated under the terms and conditions of the existing contract. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic Division, Norfolk, Va., is the contracting activity (N62470-97-D-9997).

ARMY

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control - Dallas, Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded two letter contract modifications to firm-fixed-price contract DAAH01-00-C-0109. Modification 12 is for $10,531,000, to exercise a not-to-exceed option for ten sets of M270/M270A1 common components of the Multiple Launch Rocket System for the country of Korea. The not-to-exceed total is $21,062,000; additional funding will be added at definitization. Modification 13 is for $31,661,410, to exercise a not-to-exceed option for 19 launchers (M270) for the Multiple Launch Rocket System for the country of Korea. The not-to-exceed total is $63,322,820; additional funding will be added at definitization. Work for both modifications will be performed in East Camden, Ark. (75%), and Grand Prairie, Texas (25%), and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on March 16, 2001. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.

CIVIL WORKS - NON MILITARY

Bean Stuyvesant LLC, New Orleans, La., is being awarded a $6,423,000 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance dredging of Mobile River and Mobile Bay Sumps, (mechanical or hopper) with open water disposal. Work will be performed in Mobile, Ala., and is expected to be completed by Oct. 17, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 20 bids solicited on Dec. 8, 2000, and four bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, Ala., is the contracting activity (DACW01-01-C-0007).
