ARMY

Northrop Grumman, Belcamp, Md., is being awarded a $10,000,000 increment as part of an estimated $27,400,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for aircraft purchase, aircraft modification, prime mission equipment, non-recurring engineering and integration and testing. Work will be performed in Belcamp, Md. (45%), and Hagerstown, Md. (55%), and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on March 10, 2001. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity (DAAB07-01-C-L304).

Agilent Technologies Inc., Englewood, Colo., was awarded on March 20, 2001, a $919,204 delivery order amount as part of a not-to-exceed $18,689,389 firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for AN/USM-677 Spectrum Analyzers, 51-1200. Work will be performed in Englewood, Colo., and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were eight bids solicited on Feb. 22, 2000, and three bids were received. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH01-01-D0036).

Record Steel Construction Inc.*, Meridian, Idaho, is being awarded a $9,128,824 delivery order amount as part of firm-fixed-price, task order contract DACA67-00-D-0202, to design/build Phase II of dormitories. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Work will be performed at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, Colo., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2002. There were three bids solicited in January 2001, and three bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Neb., is the contracting activity.

NAVY

Litton PRC Inc. of McLean, Va., is being awarded a $7,010,871 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering and technical services to support the development, integration and implementation of programs and changes or improvements to programs assigned to the Space and Naval Warfare Center San Diego, C41 Programs Office. The systems to be supported include but are not limited to: TAMPS, Tomahawk, MDS, APS, TMPC, JSIPS-N, DPL, IPL, etc. This contract includes a base period of performance and an additional four one-year options. If all options are exercised, the contract would be valued at $37,132,880. Work will be performed in Philadelphia, Pa. (90%), and West Conshohocken, Pa. (10%), and is expected to be completed by March 21, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with nineteen firms solicited and one offer received. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia is the contracting activity (N00140-01-D-E407)
