AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded a $82,955,239 firm-fixed price contract to provide for production of 5959 Wind Corrected Munitions Dispenser (WCMD) Tail Kits. These kits correct for the effects of wind on dispenser type cluster munitions (Sensor Fuzed Weapon, Gator and Combined Effect Munitions). The locations of performance are Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, Orlando, Fla. (73%) and Lockheed Martin Assembly Services, Americus, Ga. (27%). Air Armament Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. is the contracting activity (F08635-01-C-0014).

Harris Corporation, RF Communications, Rochester, N.Y., is being awarded a $11,282,576 firm-fixed price contract to provide up to 501 Tactical Air Control Party Modernization (TACP-M) Manpack Radios (MPR) and associated equipment, test support, enhancements, upgrades, spares, technical orders, and training. There were two firms solicited and two proposals received. The work is expected to be completed January 2006. Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom AFB, Mass., is the contracting activity (F19628-01-D-0012).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Ebrex Food Services, Schiedam, Netherlands, is being awarded a $30,057,866 firm fixed price, indefinite quantity type contract for food distribution to various military activities in Southern Europe. Work will be performed in Schiedam, Netherlands; Cesena, Italy; Isla Terceira, Azores, Portugal; Alicante, Spain; Tetovo, Macedonia; and Pocomoke City, Md. and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2002. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0300-98-D-2949).

Sunshine Aero Industries, Inc.*, Florala, Ala., is being awarded a $5,074,417 fixed price with economic price adjustment type contract for jet fuel. Work is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2002. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Energy Support Center, Ft. Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-01-D-0111).

NAVY

Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $7,413,380 modification to previously awarded cost-plus-incentive fee contract (N00024-98-C-5427) for production of six modification (ORDALT) kits and associated hardware for MK 49 Guided Missile Launching Systems of the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Program. The ORDALT kits are designed to provide anti-ship missile defense with current missile configuration which features an image scanning infra-red seeker that allows the missile to engage advanced threats that include helicopters, low-flying small aircraft and surface craft that do not employ active radar guidance. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz. (50%) and Ottobrunn, Germany (50%), and is expected to be completed by January 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.
