BEM Systems Inc., Chatham, N.J.; Versar Inc., Springfield, Va.; Geo-Marine Inc., Plano, Texas; Environmental Quality Management Inc., Cincinnati, Ohio; and TolTest Inc., Toledo, Ohio, are being awarded a $750,000,000 (program maximum) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide services to support remediation of site conditions in accordance with technical and regulatory requirements, to operate environmental systems, and to provide construction and ancillary services. These contractors are the last five out of 14 that will participate. Award to the first nine contractors was announced on April 26, 2001. At this time, $15,000 has been obligated to each contractor. There were 198 firms solicited and 25 proposals received.
